NATASCIA FENOGLIO

After academic studies first in Painting and then in Product Design, Natascia Fenoglio founded in 2003 the collective Ciboh, a research group focused on food design and highly customized catering for the fashion and contemporary art sectors.
From 2010, after the Ciboh collective disbanded, she continued her exploration in the field of food, working in a way increasingly close to installation and performance. During those years, she traveled to Japan to learn the technique of *shokuhin sanpuru* (food replicas) at the studio of master Shigeharu Takeuchi.
Upon returning to Italy, she applied this new knowledge by working as a home economist and food stylist in advertising and cinema.
Currently, Natascia is engaged in the research and development of limited-edition ceramic products with RioGrande, the multidisciplinary collective she co-founded in 2013. This project focuses on research, design, set design, artistic productions, and museum installations.
Since 2007 she has been a lecturer at NABA – Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan, in both the design and fashion design schools.
