ANGELO FERRILLO
Photographer

He was born in Naples in 1974. Alongside his studies in Engineering and his professional work, he developed a passion for photography, training as a self-taught photographer. He moved to Milan to continue his primary career as a project manager in the energy sector, and in this city he had the opportunity to deepen his photographic knowledge through professional courses, workshops, and especially by working as an assistant to internationally renowned photographers.
He completed his training with a Master in Photojournalism at the Obiettivo Reporter Foundation and a Master in Photo Editing and Iconographic Research at CFP Bauer in Milan. After these programs, he pursued photography professionally, working as a photojournalist for the agencies La Presse and Milestone Media.
Today he works as a Photo Coverage photographer for the Bicycle Film Festival, teaches photography at NOLab Academy and TIME Lab, and is a member of the faculty of the Master in Photojournalism at the Obiettivo Reporter Foundation. In 2014 he joined the board of AFIP International (Association of Professional Photographers).
He has ongoing collaborations with national and international clients, including Le Coq Sportif, Vans, Diesel, Eastpak, VF International Group, Condé Nast, Flanders Tourism Board, and Banca Fideuram.
