Marco Sammicheli (Fano, 1979) is curator for Design, Fashion, and Crafts at the Triennale di Milano and Director of the Italian Design Museum. He is also International Relations Chief Officer at Triennale Milano, where since 2018 he has been responsible for the International Exhibition in collaboration with the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) and the Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale.
He has curated exhibitions in Italy, Switzerland, Denmark, Brazil, Peru, and China, and has written essays and publications for museums and cultural institutions across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, with particular focus on figures such as Zaha Hadid, Mario Bellini, Steven Holl, Bruno Munari, Carlo Mollino, Jaime Hayon, Ettore Sottsass, Angelo Mangiarotti, Alberto Meda, Inga Sempé, and Campana Brothers.
