DAVIDE GRAMATICA
Designer

Born and raised in Milan, he attended the Product Design course at IED in Milan. During his studies, he met his colleague Cara Judd. In 2016, the two founded their design studio, CARA \ DAVIDE.

Their projects are process-driven and characterized by ongoing research into materials, context, and perception. An important part of their practice consists of self-produced limited editions, made possible through close collaboration with artisans in Italy and South Africa. The outcomes of this research are often presented by galleries in Europe and the United States. He is a lecturer at IED Istituto Europeo di Design a Milano.
